Philip M. DiGiovanni
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
477 Madison Avenue, 6th Floor
New York, NY 10022
Born and raised in Queens and working in three of the five boroughs, no one knows this city like Philip DiGiovanni. He has explored every crack and crevice New York has to offer and, having lived through the drastic transition of this city over the last quarter century, Philip can guide clients through our rich tapestry of neighborhoods with ease.
He earned an associates degree in business administration at Nassau Community College before attending Chelsea's own Touro College, wrapping up his bachelor’s with a focus in business management. Complementing his bright personality is a deep understanding of business on every level. While Philip may have a jovial character, he possesses a strong business ethic and, more importantly, the knowledge to back it up.
Professionally, Philip worked in the hospitality industry on the hotel side of the business for five years before transitioning into property management. This move allowed him to observe the market and come to realize the impact he could have in the real estate world. With the combination of life experience, a formal education, and a wealth of business acumen, Philip has emerged as a force to serve buyers and sellers alike.
When Philip is not working or attending university, you can find him indulging in one of his many passions. He is a true man of the outdoors: from camping in both Yosemite and Joshua Tree National Parks to trekking through Queens on daily runs with his German shepherd, Philip chooses open spaces every time. An avid volunteer in his community, he organizes an annual charity skateboarding event in Astoria Park and regularly donates his time throughout the city with New York Cares, a non-profit organization based in Downtown Manhattan.
